This is a little girls jordache super skinny leg Blue Jean in a size 6.  They are Cotton and Spandex fabric.  There is some type stitching on back pocket, not sure if design or just flaw in stitching.  See picture.

 There are no stains, tears, or pulls on it. 

Inseam is 18"

Waist is  10"

Rise is 6"
