WORKING TIME: Monday - Sunday, 09:00am - 09:00pm.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
-We are shipping the FULL FORM plant with sphagnum moss to cover plants roots with the best care to make the plants alive and strong enough until it delivers to you. Shipping worldwide via the Dragon Courier (7-14 days from the purchase date) and delivered within 5-7 days of shipment. 
Shipping Cost: US$85 for the first item and US$10 for each additional item (PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE already included)
One box contains 1-12 items (Depending on plant size) Multiple/bulk purchases are welcome to combine in one box.

Please check your weather and custom laws/shipping regulations, we aren’t responsible for stopping, keeping, confiscating, destroying, or additional import duty by custom or weather damage as well as future plants growth.
**For Customers in the United States, please send us a copy of import permit papers and label number from USDA. For shipment below 12 plants doesn’t need import permit paper**
REFUND AND REPLACEMENT
-Refund and replacement applied for plant dead on arrival ONLY!!, please send us a photo for approval to offer replacement/refund, but not later than arrival and reception date. 
-For replacement, we will offer the given plant(s) excluding shipping cost. If you consider replacement, we shall request a full shipping charge from you to enhance your shipment.
-For refund, we will keep it between partial or full refund as the case may be. We will refund the plant price to you excluding shipping cost.
In a case of a lost package (over 30 days after shipment), please check your tracking number on the courier website if the package is still on delivery or stop at customs. Please endeavor to file a case to Dragon Courier/UPS for claims. Please note: cases of lost items are out of guarantee refund.
NOTED: This is a living plant, it will be in a dark box during shipment. Sequel, it might have imperfections. Please be calm to grow it back and don’t be stressed both yourself and plants:)
