 NO HELIUM IS REQUIRED AS THE BALLOONS ARE TO BE AIR FILLED WHEN YOU ARE READY.

10 x 5 inch WHITE LATEX BALLOONS

10 x 5 inch RED LATEX BALLOONS

A  LENGTH OF EACH MATCHING COLOUR RIBBON

A LENGTH OF SHINY SILVER RIBBON

1 INSTRUCTION SHEET

Please note you may need a basic balloon pump for the 5 inch balloons, these can be bought from most card shops or on EBAY

Please note, some people need a basic balloon pump to blow up the small balloons
