The 2 000 series mechanical micro differential pressure gauge is a flexible pressure gauge that uses a simple, frictionless magnetic spiral movement and a rubber diaphragm as a sensitive element to perform measurement work. It can quickly indicate the pressure of the gas to be measured, whether it is positive, negative or differential pressure, using the pointer. This design is shockproof, shaking and overpressure-proof. Also, the gauge does not need to be filled with liquid, so there are no problems of vaporization, freezing, or odor.
The 2000 differential pressure gauge is widely used to measure fan and blower pressure, filter resistance, air velocity, furnace pressure, orifice plate differential pressure, bubble water level and liquid amplifier or hydraulic system pressure, as well as for air to gas ratio control and automatic valve control in combustion processes, and for blood pressure and respiratory pressure monitoring in healthcare equipment.
