In the event of a problem, such as it is, a product that does not meet your expectations or a priori malfunctioning (we generally work on second-hand products, we are only humans and in this capacity not immune to a bad diagnosis, even if everything is done to avoid this situation), please contact us directly before opening a dispute or evaluating in a clumsy way, this is the best way, especially the least expensive and the fastest to solve your problem.
