In the event of a problem, such as it is, a product that does not meet your expectations or a priori malfunctioning (we generally work on second-hand products, we are only humans and in this capacity not immune to a bad diagnosis, even if everything is done to avoid this situation), please contact us directly before opening a dispute or evaluating in a clumsy way, this is the best way, especially the least expensive and the fastest to solve your problem. We carry out the exchange or the total or partial refund when it is necessary and only when it is necessary, after return of the product and prior request for return. The customer being our business, everything will be done to satisfy you. Any request for return must be made within the deadlines set out in the announcement, generally fifteen days after receipt. The costs generated remain the responsibility of the customer, and are reimbursed by us in the event of a proven error on our part. 

PS: all products carry manufacturer references that allow us to identify them. They also carry warranty labels, and in the context of a return they must not have been modified, cut, which will allow us to quickly process your case. Returned products whose labels have been modified will not be supported and a dispute will systematically result.
