All deliveries are made by courier or Royal Mail (for smaller items) and will require a signature. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.

For orders cancelled after despatch you must follow our returns procedure via EBAY. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.
