Lights in hands work and lights around the bottom of the dress work. There are two extra bulbs included.
Tree topper is in excellent used condition. Plastic packaging has much scuffing and tape marks from normal use and wear and tear. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
I REUSE PACKING and SHIPPING MATERIALS whenever possible, so your box/bag may be on it's second time around. However, I will package your selection with the utmost care. If your purchase is intended as a gift, please let me know and I will use new materials.
