Pulse valve is mainly used in environmental protection dust removal industry, is controlled by electromagnetic or pneumatic and other pilot valves, can open and close the high-pressure gas source in an instant to produce a pulse valve diaphragm valve, but also commonly known as electromagnetic pulse valve or gas-controlled pulse valve respectively.
Uses:
Electromagnetic pulse valve (also known as diaphragm valve) is the compressed air "switch" of the dust cleaning and blowing system of the pulse bag type dust collector. Controlled by the output signal of pulse controller, it blows dust on the filter bags row by row (room by room) to keep the dust collector's resistance within the set range, so as to ensure the dust collector's handling capacity and efficiency.
Z type pulse valve is a right angle valve with 90° angle between import and export, which is suitable for the installation link between air bag and blowing tube, with smooth airflow, and can provide the required air pulse for dust cleaning.
Y-type pulse valve is a submerged valve (also called embedded valve), which is installed directly on the gas package and has better flow characteristics. The pressure loss is reduced and it is suitable for working situations where the gas source pressure is low.
Working principle:
When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear chamber through the throttle hole, and the pressure of the rear chamber presses the diaphragm against the output of the valve, and the EMP valve is in the "closed" state.
The electrical signal from the pulse controller moves the armature of the pulse valve, and the bleed hole of the rear air chamber opens, and the rear air chamber loses pressure rapidly. The diaphragm moves back and compressed air is blown through the valve output port. The pulse is in the "on" state.
When the electrical signal of pulse blowing controller disappears, the armature of electromagnetic pulse valve is reset, the venting hole of rear air chamber is closed, and the pressure of rear air chamber rises so that the diaphragm is close to the valve outlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state.
Installation method:
The input end of the pulse valve (IN) is connected to the metal tube of the gas storage cylinder, and the output end is connected to the dust box blowing tube, and the connection threads are filled with tetrafluoroethylene raw material tape to tighten the seal.
Wiring instructions for circuit board and shock head (ceramic plate transducer) :
1. Shock head two wiring, two ceramic pieces of the middle of the wiring piece for the positive pole, by the upper and lower metal column for the negative pole, remember not to connect the reverse;
2. The silver-coated side of the ceramic plate of the transducer is a negative electrode, while the larger side of the other two silver layers is a positive electrode, and the smaller side is a negative plate. When welding the power cord, it must be welded on the side with two silver layers, and the other side is a vibrating surface, which can be pasted under the washing basin (this is the component description of the ceramic plate transducer purchased). The silver layer on the ceramic plate is not resistant to high temperature. When welding the power line, the temperature of the soldering iron shall not exceed 280 degrees. It is better to use the constant temperature soldering iron and set the soldering iron temperature as 250 degrees.
3. The larger side of the shock head (with a screw hole) is the shock surface that can be glued to the bottom of the cleaning basin. The cleaning basin should be grounded reliably.
