Shipping:

*If special shipping considerations are needed, please contact us BEFORE the item is purchased to ensure that those conditions can be met. 

* All items are shipped to the eBay registered address (the address that eBay indicates). It is not possible to ship to a third party address or any other address other than the address entered at checkout (i.e: the address eBay automatically generates during shipping). So please make sure shipping address is correct at checkout!

* All items ship from Portugal within 1-5 Business Days of cleared payment, with the exception of weekends and holidays in the seller's country of residence (i.e: Portugal). 

Returns / Concerns:

* Unless directly specified, no returns are accepted. 

* If an item is received damaged or the buyer can validly explain how they feel the item was received not as described, then a return may be accepted and a full refund may be issued (return shipping may also be paid by the seller).

* For items that are listed as “Returns Accepted” return shipping will be paid by the buyer. 

* All items are IN STOCK at time of listing.
