This is an adorable 8.5 inch, pre-1900s, Simon and Halbig #950 Doll,  with blue glass sleepy eyes and a dark brown antique mohair wig fashioned into ringlets that fall down her back.  She is wearing pink glass earrings.  She is mounted on her original pink cloth body and she has bisque arms and hands with all digits accounted for.  There are no other chips, cracks, or hairlines in any of the bisque parts.  The cloth body is also stable, with no leakage noted.

The doll is wearing a lovely, satiny dress with an impressionist print of pink and blue flowers surrounded with greenery.  The neckline is shaped in a V and there is a self-fabric flounce surrounding this, along with a green ribbon trim lace casing, that just edges  it.  The very same ribbon trim lace surrounds the hemline of the voluminous skirt which is supported by the satin slip, lined with a double crinoline.  Pull these two pieces of netting apart on the bottom of the slip, and supercharge the volume of the dress's skirt!!  Lace trimmed pantalettes match the slip and the doll also wears white stockings and antique patent leather shoes.

Her little white "straw" bonnet has elastic that goes under her hair to secure it.  Three pink rose buds decorate the top, with tiny ones between, along with greenery and a  matching green satin ribbon in the back for streamers.

If little mites are your thing, this is one to get!  She is so cute and a rare one at that!
