1. We usually use USPS first class as our default carrier. During the Holiday season, some of the items might be damaged during transit. If the item is damaged when arrive, please take a picture and contact us, we will send you another one. Please do not leave negative feedback, we will try to make all the buyers satisfied with our products and service.
2. We ship within the SAME BUSINESS DAY of receiving cleared payment before 12 PM.
3. For the US Protection Island like PR, Virgin Island, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii Island, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa, please double check your address and PO Box number, if it's incorrect then it may cause package missing.
