Very special Saint Laurent Rive Gauche Paris top from the 1980s.

The beads and sequins form a ribbed design on the cuffs and bottom hem.

This beautiful top is in overall good condition. Upon very careful inspection there are 3 small areas where the tiny vertical tube beads that are on the bottom edge of the hem are missing. Seen in the photos, these are a 3.5" area along the bottom hem, and areas on both sleeve cuffs. This is very hard to notice but I try to describe everything.
