provide the customer service with your arrival date in your desired country 5
days prior the departure date. We will arrange the SIM activation according to
the activation date you provided when placing the order. When you arrive at
your destination, you can insert the card and use it according to the
instructions.
INTERNET SETTINGS
1) Insert the SIM card into
the phone upon arrival in your destination country. If prompted to unlock with
a PIN code, enter the PIN on the card.
2) Turn on cellular data
and data roaming.
For iPhone:
Turn on "Mobile Data", "Data Roaming", and "Enable
4G/3G" to access the Internet. If you cannot access the Internet, try
deleting the profile in Settings - General – VPN & Device Management -
Configuration Profile, select the profile, and then delete it. Alternatively,
try resetting the network settings in Settings - General - Reset - Reset
Network Settings, then restart the phone. For dual-SIM phones, insert the SIM
card into slot 1 and do not insert a card into slot 2. If you still cannot use
the Internet, please contact customer service using nearby free WiFi.
For Android:
Turn on "Mobile Data" and "Data Roaming" to access the
Internet. Some phones may require setting up an access point (APN). For
dual-SIM phones, insert the SIM card into slot 1 and do not insert a card into
slot 2. If you still cannot use the Internet, please contact customer service using
nearby free WiFi.
BOOKING NOTES:
- The
departure time filled in for all packages when making payment must be accurate.
Activation and shipping will be arranged based on this time. Please contact us
five days in advance if you need to change the date. Once activated, we do not
support date changes or refunds.
- If you
purchase multiple cards with different activation dates, please place separate
orders and select the activation date or contact customer service.
- Please
keep the complete plastic card for finding the PIN code and after-sales
inquiries.
- If you
cannot access the internet while abroad, please contact us via free Wi-Fi. If
you do not contact us and apply for a refund directly after returning to your
home country, we will not be able to help you solve the problem and reserve the
right to refuse a refund. Please understand.
- In the
unlikely event that there are changes to the official packages or system
malfunctions caused by the carrier, we do not bear any additional compensation.
- Please
activate and open the package according to the noted time.
- If there
are usage problems caused by carrier system upgrades or other reasons, our
store will be responsible for contacting the carrier to coordinate processing,
but we do not assume any losses beyond the sale price.
- If the
card is used improperly, such as inserting it into a non-covered country or
using it without activating the package, you will be responsible for all
consequences.
- Please
make a reservation in advance based on the logistics time. If the logistics
cannot be delivered due to the customer's own problems (such as ordering too
close to the departure date), we do not support returns.
- Some
phones may need to manually set up APN for internet access. Please read the
instructions carefully upon receiving the product and follow the instructions.
If you have any questions, you can consult customer service at any time.
- Using the
card in a non-applicable country will result in a large amount of deduction and
may lead to suspension. Please do not use it!
- Please
turn off the automatic update of unnecessary software, apps, and system in the
internet devices to prevent unnecessary data waste.
- Network
services are provided by local carriers. The actual network speed is affected
by various factors such as phone model, base station signal, location, and
usage environment. Any phone may experience weak or even no signal in places
with signal shielding, such as basements, subways, elevators, and airports.
Please be rational. In European countries, WCDMA is the main network standard,
and 4G network frequencies may vary in different regions and carriers in
Europe. If there is a 4G base station, 4G signals will be received. If it is a
3G base station, only 3G signals can be received.
- We do not
accept returns due to phone models that are not suitable for use. Please check
if your phone supports the frequency band before purchasing. If you are unsure,
please consult the phone manufacturer or contact our customer service.
