A study on the beauty of the African woman through photographs (many of which are nude) and poetry and writings on black and African women by Senghor. A very rare and stunning oversized hardcover book. Some mild rubbing to jacket with shelf wear around the edges. Boards are straight and clean with corners and spine ends somewhat bumped. String binding is visible in some gutters, but spine is straight, hinges are secure and binding remains firm on the whole. All pages are clean and unmarked. See photos for condition.
