Brass Spoke Ring Fidget Spinner

symmetrically looking top and bottom design

Radially Balanced Fidget Spinner - Ring / Disc design. Designed for world class spin time.

Guaranteed to exceed the current world record spin time as listed on their web site

Custom machined Brass Body

1 x Tungsten Alloy (W95FeNi) disc - 100 mm diameter, 80 mm center hole, 7 mm thick (18 gm/cm^3 density) . These are not tungsten carbide, but tungsten alloy - heavier. The disc is precision ground, and manufactured to extremely tight tolerances.

R188 Hybrid ceramic bearing for maximum spin time - individually selected out of large batches for best performance

R188 to 608 adapter (bearings easily interchangeable)

Stainless steel center bearing caps (Can be brass if desired - just ask)

Radially balanced via set screws so that exhibits minimal runout / wobble when spinning up to 3500 RPM (via an air compressor or some similar method)

Each unit has a laser etched serial number

Y Spoke laser engraved pattern

Total weight 574 gm total weight  (1 1/4 lbs)

Spin time recorded at >24m46 sec - guaranteed (I have personally spun one  a single ring one (earlier unbalanced model) supported on one finger for 36+ minutes). Using an air compressor to spin the unit super fast, I have achieved 1h12 min minutes on a table surface.

(Videos of other spinner compositions - but expect similar results)

There is a youtube video with the spinner showing the 36+ minute spin time on one finger youtu.be/JY5F6TX-rXI

Here is also a YouTube video from a satisfied customer showing a blower spin with a spin time of 1h10+ minutes -  https://youtu.be/_RbtAWR3U9Y. Note that the vertical spin highlights the need for radial balancing. The newer model is now smooth, and does not have that roll over effect as it is spinning. At high RPMs (with an air compressor), it does not wobble, and will stay in place over even a low friction surface.

Here is a youtube video of the current model, showing an approximately 3000 RPM air compressor spin, and the sound that is generated from the spin. Not shown in the video, but that unit got 59m44s of spin time with that air compressor method https://youtu.be/kTsTzS5Hjx4

In order to prove the 3000 RPM, this video shows a spin at 3500 RPM as verified by a Fluke 820-2 stroboscope https://youtu.be/8U9tdtKrNyk

To maximize initial spin velocity, place the spinner at edge of table as in the picture, spin with a few rapid glancing thrusts, and then slowly position it back over the table itself.

Certificate with actual hand spin time of unit provided.

Optional laser engrave any text (company name etc) around center hub for an added fee of 75$.

This is a one of a kind fidget spinner design, and is unlike anything else offered for sale anywhere - new Dually design makes it even more unique.
