· All local items are shipped via Hermes Company within 2-5 working days after payment is cleared.

Return policy:

· You must inform us by email (please use eBay’s messaging system to ensure receipt) of your desire to cancel within 7 working days commencing on the day the goods are delivered to you.

· You have 14 working days from delivery date to return the goods back to us.

· Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging (sealed packaging must not be opened) and in the same condition as received.

· Please note that electrical goods (headlamps, modules, sensors, valves, radios) will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances.

· You must return the goods to us at your costs and we advise you to ensure and record the parcel for the return journey.

· Refund will be issued upon inspection on the item returned.

· We shall refund the amount paid by you for the goods less 15% handling charge and postage (if not our fault). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
