This is a new old stock corgi inventory from a past diecast dealer. The former Thomas Locke Fine Toys was our family's business. Tom is my Father In-Law, and I ran the local store in Winston-Salem back in the earlier 2000's. This is a Corgi Heritage Classic Limited Edition item EX70904 that was part of his collection.
