Hillrom Liko Viking™
L and XL mobile lifts are two versatile lift models intended mainly for use in
health care, intensive care and rehabilitation. Viking L and XL mobile lifts
are intended for heavier patients. Both models are excellent aids in daily
transfers of adults and bariatrics, for instance, lifting to and from wheel
chair, bed, toilet and floor. A Viking™ mobile lift equipped with the Viking™
Armrest accessory can be used for gait training. Horizontal lifting can also be
performed in combination with a recommended Liko™ stretcher accessory.
Transferring
heavy patients is a great responsibility. With a lifting capacity of 300 kg
(660 lb), Viking XL has been developed especially for bariatric patients but
also fits smaller people. The first lift in the revolutionary Viking series was
actually Viking XL. An increasing need for transferring heavy patients in different
care situations led to the development of a mobile lift with high lifting
capacity, made of aluminum to be as easy to maneuver as possible. The lifting
capacity of 300 kg (660 lb) and the large lifting interval make Viking XL ideal
for all heavy lifting situations, including lifting from the floor and gait
training. Other common application areas are horizontal lifting and lifting
to/from a bed or wheelchair.

This is a Used
unit from hospital that closed. The unit is in excellent cosmetic shape. The lift
has been fully tested and all features work perfectly. This is the bariatric
version of Viking lift, so it can handle patients up to 660 lbs. At same time
this lift is very light weighing only 88 lbs, since completely built out of
aluminum construction instead of steel like other lifts; which also means frame
will never wear or rust. The lift comes with matching XL sling, and included battery
pack has New batteries inside. This lift is one of the top of line used in
