This is in Very Good condition. Cover shows just a little bit of wear / handling, light crease mark on right side of front cover. No stains on it. A couple of small tears at the edges of the spine (see pics). Pages inside are in Excellent / Like New condition. It has a name written on the upper right of the front cover and a date on the top right corner  of the first page inside (date written in pencil inside).
