There is no claim against the Sender or Courier if Goods damaged in transit are signed for  as

 "Received in Good Condition"

Upon receipt please thoroughly check the goods BEFORE accepting & signing for them.  If damage is found please REFUSE delivery & notify us immediately.  If you later discover damage, the carrier will not accept responsibility & we will therefore not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

We sell glass, lamps, glass related products  & panels for many models - Unfortunately we do not know of any courier that will insure against damage or breakages.  We dispatch all these items at buyer's risk, rest assured we do our utmost to pack all glass items safely.  Therefore, all glass, lamps glass related items  & panels are sent entirely at buyer's  risk

Any goods damaged in transit must be reported by 11.00am on the day following delivery & confirmed in writing immediately

All our items are "Security" marked both visibly & non-visibly
