Perfect for a copper collector, this chocolate pot has many features to like: a well proportioned pot with a simple lid, a hand carved handle with an animal like head and beautiful patina. The head has inlaid eyes, possibly glass, that are very well done. The animal also appears to have a cap and  some sort of collar. The handle is beautifully mounted with a separate piece of copper. Condition is good: there are some very minor dimples to the copper and there is some damage to the head as shown in the photos. The damage is old and pretty well worn smooth by use. The inside of the pot has signs of use.

Measurements are: 10 3/4" by 7" and 4 3/4" tall.
