Sometimes i miss things, and if a product isnt as described, I always issue returns with no hassle, so please message me to start the return process if you arent 100% satisfied. In order to provide excellent deals and prompt service, I offer 30 day returns for any reason. I appreciate positive feedback! All products are shipped from a smoke free, pet free home. Previously owned products I normally don't know the origin of however, and it is possible these products came from homes with pets and smoking before I got them.
