Bought second hand but haven't worn it yet, so it's time to find it a new home. It's a two piece set, and each part can be worn separately or together. The top belted half piece is a black half sided skirt that's pleated. The belted portion has 3 holes for 3 different widths. The bottom piece is a full skirt with sparkly soft tulle fabric. The sparkly skirt portion is fully shirred on the back, and has two layers of sparkly tulle fabric, as well as a black lining layer.

sparkly skirt's waist: 31 cm flat. can stretch up to 44 cm flat

length of sparkly skirt: 62 cm

waist of black overskirt: (smallest setting hole) 30 cm flat , (largest hole setting) 35 cm flat

length of black skirt portion: 71 cm
