This house plan has 4 bedrooms & 2-1/2 bathrooms, designed with brick veneer across the front and horizontal run siding for the back and sides. The kitchen is set up with a nice peninsula bar & pantry. The dining area is open to the living room area. The master bedroom is set apart from the other bedrooms and has its own master bathroom with separate walk-in closets, double sink vanity, and separate tub & shower. The other 3 bedrooms each have a walk-in closet. Drop zone area is right inside entry from the 2 car garage, handy to the laundry room. The garage even has a nice side storage area.
