This hand-made beauty is a reproduction of the item on display at Bethel.  It features a luxurious maroon goat skin leather cover with gold stamping.  It also was probably made for  Bethel members only.  I do not know how many were made.  It features gold edged pages, red and gold head crowns, and original color and pattern endpages as well as the rear cover blind stamping. 

Much time and effort invested in this is a limited edition reproduction.
