Three Storey,Six Room Georgian Design Dollhouse With Furniture,Figures & Lights.

Never actually played with but listed as used as it has some imperfections as shown in images.

Purchased as Christmas gift in December 1989 (I have the original paperwork with purchase date on), started but never finished.

Set includes:

One unfinished doll house,

Three rooms, one storey and the roof have been papered, all else are untouched.

Window surrounds are yellowed as is rear of front door, one window (top middle) is missing its plastic film but this is due to not being placed in when put together so it is with the house just not in place.

Instructions for the house will be included and these also show how to put together the electrics for the house.

Seven light fixtures included along with spare connectors and tape with mains plug in.

Various pieces of furniture including bathroom pieces, bedroom pieces and are from various brands. The table has a broken foot as shown in final image.

Canopy cot bed brand new in box but appears to have a crack in one side as shown in images to give accurate representation.

One issue of Victorian Dollshouse Collection magazine which includes a DVD along with a dinner set all unopened.

This will be collection only for HP16 but am willing to deliver or meet to exchange up to 25 miles from this postcode. Item is large and heavy with all accessories/furniture/dolls in separate box carefully wrapped.
