2. We will use your eBay shipping address as the delivery address. Before you pay, please make sure your address in eBay matches the address you would like us to ship to.

3. Unpaid transactions (Within one week) will be reported to eBay. Contact us if you need to file an extension for any late payment or purchase by mistake.

Shipping Policy

1. All items will be shipped within 1-3 days upon receipt of payment. There may be duties and taxes on your package. We do not know how much they will be. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and pay for any customs, tariffs, brokerage fees, as required by individual countries. We will declare the value as low as possible for you so that you don't have to pay too much import fees if necessary. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Our price does not include these fees.

2. We ship to worldwide via SpeedPAK(7-15 business days) to USA and UK, During epidemic, It may take longer time, about 10 to 30 days to deliver. 4PX (7-30business days) for Canada, Poland, Australia, Russian Federation, Europe and other countries. or other express shipping way specified by the customer, tracking number will be provided after shipment. In most cases, international shipping takes around 11-25 business days, depending on its destination. If you do not receive your item after 30 days, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

Returns Policy

We try our best to describe the item as accurately as possible. If an item is not described properly, please contact us as soon as possible. Buyer should check the package once receiving. If the package is damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and it will be returned to us. Then contact us promptly.

1. If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation. Then get a returning address.

2. All of our items are shipped out in working condition. We offer full refund or exchange for defective items only.

3. Defective goods must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

5. Full refund only applies for defective items and it must be sent back to us in the original condition with all original accessories & packing. Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information will result to a rejection on the returned item.
