Shipping
Shipping our items is very important to us, we use lots of packing to ensure your item gets to you safely. To reduce our carbon footprint we try to reuse packaging or source recycled and eco-friendly products as much as possible.
As standard we use a next business day or 48 hour signed for Parcelforce service that are insured for loss or damage, all items are tracked from the moment they leave us to the moment they arrive with you.
Small items are dispatched via Royal Mail postal service.
Large items will be shipped via PalletForce on a 48 hour service.
Collection may be available on some of our items, if you are interested in collecting, please get in touch with us prior to purchase.
Returns
All of our items come with a standard 30 day RTB warranty unless stated otherwise. We understand there is nothing worse than an item arriving damaged or faulty, simply get in touch with us by phone or eBay message centre and we will resolve any issues you may have.
All serial numbers of equipment sold are recorded and condition reports completed prior to shipping.
Batteries whether internal or external are not guaranteed and are excluded from our warranty as they are considered consumable parts. Batteries are tested as holding charge only.
Please note that the return of items maybe subject to a restocking fee, i.e. Brand New items that have had the original packaging/seals, compromised/broken will incur a restocking fee. Refurbished items, if the device has been used and requires refurbishment to return to pre sold condition, it will incur a restocking fee.
All items are dispatched within two working days, starting the day after placing your order as follows:

All items are shipped as standard on a 48hr or Second Class Service - With estimated delivery times. We offer upgraded shipping on some items, which offers a 24hr delivery at an additional charge, however please be aware selecting expedited shipping will not also expedite dispatch times. We do not offer a same or next day dispatch or a next day guaranteed delivery.
If you require an item before the estimated delivery time shown, please get in touch BEFORE you order so we can advise if this is possible. Please do not order and then request a service not offered, doing so may result in order cancellation.
Dispatch and shipping is automated - Please do not send email chasing dispatch as all items will be dispatched as per the schedule automatically and tracking updated.
Please ensure your address is correct including your postcode - Incorrect postcodes, or postcodes provided with no spaces will delay dispatch - Please provide a current mobile phone number as our delivery partner will use this to update you - Any special requests are added or delivery instructions provided however please note, delivery partners can not call you on the day of delivery - If using a collection point please ensure you provide your collection code (starts ECP) in the name section of your address as collection points will refuse your parcel without this
Shipping times are an estimate, not a guarantee as they are 100% delivery partner dependant.
After two failed attempts of delivery, our delivery partner will either return your item to us or secure it in their depot for you to collect in person. All deliveries are GPS tracked and photographed.
Your VAT Invoice is included within your parcel - Please ensure you keep this safe as we are not able to provide copies of invoices within eBay messages
