The other dress like it on Ebay are strapless, this one has straps.

It has four layers starting from inside out

First bottom layer it has the cotton skirt top and under netting below the knee

Second layer taffeta top and longer netting below above the knee to floor to make it fuller.

Then it has a thick taffeta type skirt and then an over lay of chiffon with the trio-ribboning.

I bought his before Covid so it has been in a closet waiting for the world to return to normal.
