We do our utmost to ensure our items are carefully packed and protected, however, sometimes damage can occur in transit. Once you have received your item, please ensure you check it for any damage straight away.

Return Information:
Always make sure you insure the item you are returning. In the event of transit damage, we will not be able to make any repairs and you will need to claim the cost of the item from the courier. If you are returning an item, we would recommend taking photos of the item before you pack and send it.
