This is a Vintage 60s Anson Sterling Silver Zodiac Scorpio or Cancer Tie Tack / Small Lapel Pin.

Could be used as a tie tack or you could replace it with a back that does not have a chain to make it a lapel pin.

It measures 1/2" x 1/2".

Very good condition. Marked Anson Sterling on back.
