Lava Stone, (also known as Basalt, or Lava Rock) is an igneous volcanic rock. It has solidified from molten lava, after conditions of intense heat and pressure. The volcano is an ancient symbol of creation. Erupting it is said to represent the four elements at work - earth and fire mix to create lava, which possesses liquidity which is water. Smoke (air) also rises from the crater. Lava Stone is a wonderful essential oil diffuser.

Glass Beads Used - The "Cherry Brand" beads used were made for Miriam Haskell jewelry . 

They were hand crafted by people in the Osaka district of Japan in the 40's and 50's. The size and shape of each bead will vary slightly because they were hand made. These beads are beautiful and unique. They are "new old stock" but never used before.
