Return Policy

Before Returning
Must be shipped back in original packaging the item was sent in, if the item is not returned in original packaging, return will not be accepted.
The item must be returned in the same condition when the buyer received the item, and or before the seller shipped the item.
We cannot accept the return of products that were damaged or have been involved in an accident after the buyer received the item.
If the buyer creates damages on purpose or changes the item parts with old or unoriginal parts, money back will not be accepted.
If the buyer fixes or rebuilds our item without notifying the seller first, return will be accepted nor a Partial Refund.
And when the item arrives back to the seller and the item has a different part or is damaged, the buyer will pay a 50% restocking or damage fee.
If the item the buyer received is not as written in description and have damages that were not known or made through shipment, the buyer is free to request for a return within 30days. But the buyer must confirm damages with pictures as proof.
We would also like to inform you when you purchase an item from us, please make sure to look and check the pictures and descriptions carefully. We had many circumstances when buyers did not check pictures or read descriptions properly of an item and purchased it, and then they would request for a return or complain that they never knew about a certain information.
We have the right to refuse a return if we are not responsible for the damage or circumstance.
Return Shipping
Once you have the label, (1) pack your items carefully, (2) print and attach the label to the outside of the package, and (3) drop the package off at the shipper’s location.
Please make sure to package your items carefully for any damages could be created during shipment back to us.
If you want to return a complete bike, it will require careful packaging to make sure nothing gets damaged in transit.
