Vintage 1930’s Ditmar Urbach Czech Alienware 10” Vase.

Czechoslovakia art pottery circa late 1920’s to early 1930’s. The glaze style is known to collectors as Alienware.

The design is somewhat ornate with a brilliant orange red chunky glaze accent.

Bronze and copper-ish glaze marbleize over entire surface.

These pieces are both quirky and intriguing.

Double handled vase measures 10 1/2” tall.

There are a few white marks in the red area. They are not chips, simply skipped brush strokes or air bubble in the process. All are smooth to the touch.

No chips, cracks or repairs. Beautiful condition.
