Please note: I strive to package bobbleheads in the best possible way. However, there are instances, either as the result of rough handling in shipment or due to the delicate design of a particular bobblehead, when even the best of efforts cannot help. I will do my best to work with the buyer in these circumstances, but in the final analysis I am not responsible for such breakage unless the buyer specifically pays for insurance.
This is a uniquely designed bobblehead. Because of the weight the streetlight and of the telephone booth, those pieces can become disconnected from the base. This is not a break or an imperfection. A few drops of super glue will reconnect the pieces. Under no circumstances will I accept a return or complaint if this occurs. If you do not like this condition of sale, buy elsewhere.
