TV IS NOT WORKING

This 42'' plasma TV is not working: no picture, screen remains black. When I press on power button the power LED blinks 7 times.

I am the original owner, this TV never needed repairs until now. I have not tried to fix it, it is complete.

I believe they are correct but I am not a pro.

When it was working the picture quality was MUCH better than today's smart TVs. I wish I could fix it, but I don't have time or skill.

I can't ship this TV since it is not so light and I don't have the box, and it probably will get damaged during shipping, so local pickup only, Philadelphia PA 19154.
