Very good condition.  All records play through. All sides have been played and tested. There is some typical surface noise and surface wear to the records. There is some wear to the album but all three sleeves are intact. Edge, corner and surface wear but no major damage to the hinges or the records. These are older shellac records and quite fragile. So handle with care. A nice set. And nice to find with all three records intact.
