This is a genuine USGI  poncho liner made by Winston Salem Industries for the Blind in North Carolina under US Government contract #W911QY-13-F-0039 . They are used (previously issued) surplus and will show signs of wear, but fully functional.  There may be marks, fading, minor staining or small hole.  This is one of the most recent issued poncho liners.  It is has vertical stitching rather than the old style fishtail stitching.  The zipper allows you to either lay it out completely to use as poncho liner, or ground cover, or you can zip up as an improvised sleeping bag.  One of the most versatile items you can put in your kit.

All Poncho Liners are washed, smells Fresh, nice and clean.
All are totally functional. 

We have Graded the condition according to the following:

GRADE 1- Excellent used condition shows hardly any signs of wear.  No holes or tears in fabric.  No repaired holes.  No stains or blemishes.  No writing or marks.  Zippers work.  Tie down strings all present.  No fading or color variation.  Camo pattern visible, bright and crisp. 

GRADE 2 -  Very Good, shows signs of Normal wear,   No writing or marks.  Zippers work.  Tie down strings all present.  Some fading or color variation possible.  Camo pattern visible. professional Military washing, smells good.

GRADE 3 - Fair to Good condition, with some repairs, Colors faded, no hole, tear or stain. Nice and clean , professional Military washing, smells good.
