It is a kitchen knife made by Tojiro in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, one of the world's five major production areas of Japanese cutlery. Tojiro's knives boast one of the top 5 share in terms of shipment value in Japan, and are used by Michelin-starred chefs. It is also used and appreciated by professional chefs not only in Japan but around the world.

The V-Gold No. 10 blade is harder and sharper than the molybdenum-vanadium steel used in medical scalpels, and is a high-grade cutlery steel that maintains sharpness and is easier to sharpen. Of course it cuts better than ceramic knives.

In addition, since V gold No. 10 is stainless steel, maintenance is easy without worrying about rust.

No single Damascus pattern is the same, making it a special knife just for you. And there is little madness and it is very sharp.

The handle uses laminated reinforcing material used for outdoor knives. It is resistant to aging, and the handle does not get thin easily, boasting outstanding durability for long-term use.

Made in Japan in Tsubame City, Niigata, the town of cutlery, this is a knife for professionals and professional use, so it is recommended as a gift or for home use.
