Bose 4.5" 3 hole replacement speaker made by Panasonic 6 ohms fits 901 802.

These will mount in existing holes and use existing screw holes in many Bose home and car speakers.  They are not made by Bose and are not the same quality but will work as basic replacement speakers.  Impedance is 6ohms. 

Outer width not counting tabs is 4-5/8"

Outer width with tabs is 5-1/16"

Mounting cutout is 4-1/8"

Screw holes are on 4-1/4" offset centers
