Good vintage condition.I picked this up at a thrift shop in Los Angeles.This is the Nike "Sunday Whites" edition jersey.It looks like this was a Youth Size Large jersey that was cut and customized by a lady that also added rhinestones around the letters and numbers of the jersey.The bottom hem has become undone and needs to be glued or sewn back together.Also,there are custom holes on the sides so they can be laced up.There's a light yellow stain on the upper left shoulder area of the jersey(see picture provided).
