Two 17.5" x 13.0" Gravures by Du Lac printings of Edward S.Curtis –Apsaroke Mother and Child / The Blanket Weaver
Under glass, signed by the 
printmaker with the Curtis Project affiliated with the Smithsonian Museum. These matched sepia tone prints use the original photo negs taken by Edward S. Curtis. They were remastered by Jean-Antony du Lac (1929-2002) Edward Sheriff Curtis (American, 1868-1952.) was a master at photographic prints, and these are produced on archival paper acid free with silver gelatin sepia tones made between 1975 and 1977 from copper gravure plates off genuine Curtis negatives. Each print has been titled, signed, dated, and mounted by du Lac. They are mounted in mint condition in metal frames with the two prints seen in pics.
