PAYMENT

1. Buyer pays shipping, handling, and insurance.

2. Payment is due within three (3) days. Items not paid for within three days will be re-listed.

3. Payment options are Paypal and bank to bank wire-transfer. You can use your bank account or Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards through Paypal.com

SHIPPING

1. Items are sent via Registered Airmail. EMS is also available (please inquire). This is an express service that also provides on-line tracking. This service protects both the buyer and the seller and is recommended on purchases totaling $299.00 USD or more.

2. Combined shipping is always welcome. Please inquire beforehand so the invoice can be adjusted to reflect discounted shipping rates.

3. Shipping costs are subject to change pursuant to currency fluctuation.

5. Shipping must be to a Paypal confirmed address.

6. If you elect not to insure the shipment, we are not responsible if your item is lost, stolen, or damaged.

7. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

RETURNS

All sales are final. There are no returns. We will however, accept returns on rare occasions, such as in the rare event that an item arrives DOA. We will not accept returns because the customer decided that the color of the guitar was not what they had expected, because the sound of a vacuum tube did not meet their expectations or was too microphonic for their sensitive phono preamp, buyer decided they couldn't really afford the item, buyer's remorse, etc., etc.
