Set of 3 handmade crochet doilies,
dimensions: 1 center 48x28
+2 centers 19x13
+ 2 centers 33x20 cm approx.
All goods sold are shipped only via national or international express courier.
We ship every weekday from Monday to Friday only after the payment has actually been received by the buyer, within the times indicated on the item's listing.
The courier's delivery times from the moment of collection in our warehouse are 24/48 hours depending on the area. Longer times (48 hours) are generally expected for shipments addressed to all the islands, parts of Puglia and Calabria.
On our EBAY shop it is also possible to directly check the tracking of those shipments made via SDA courier.
These Conditions are valid only for Italy.
Returns of defective or unwanted goods must be strictly authorized in writing via email, according to the established methods and times.
The goods shipped travel at the expense and risk of the buyer, therefore we are not responsible for any damage or loss by the courier.
Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact and unaltered even in the closing tapes.

Billing
For each purchase, a tax receipt is issued. To issue a sales invoice, please ask in advance, communicating your tax code and/or VAT number.

Return and refund
Within 14 days. the user can send the item back to me (possibly via tracked mail), giving me prior notice.
