Vintage Sterling Silver Clip-On Earrings made in Taxco Mexico probably in the late 1970s or early to mid 1980s.  This is an assumption based on the fact that these earrings are stamped with the maker's mark/code TV-41.  The first letter is the one indicated the city in which the piece was made; T for Taxco in this case.  The second letter represents the first letter of the maker's last name - V in this case.  The two letters are then followed by a hyphen and the number that represents how many jewelry makers are using the two letters at the beginning -"TV" in this example.  Given that the maker of these earrings was/is designated "TV-41", we know s/he is one of the earliest adopters of this naming convention and therefore likely made these earrings soon after 1979, which is the year Mexico switched to this system.

The earrings show patina, tarnish, scuffs and scrapes that is consistent with the presumed age of these earrings, but nothing that detracts from their functionality.
