Figure has been cleaned, has minimal paint loss (see pictures), waist action works properly, and has new He-band leg bands.  Legs are tight and it stands on its own.  The accessories are original, have the appropriate Taiwan COO stamp, and are in great shape.  The armor / jet pack is the rare 4 Notch short strap (version 2).  Solid figure that displays nicely!  See photos for further description, sold as is.
