In like-new condition with faint foxing inside  the back cover the only sign of age.  faint diagonal creases on a few pages appear to be production anomalies.  Corners sharp, pages clean and tight with NO marks, highlighting, smudges, stains, tears, dog ears, mold, odors nor water damage.
