Glucosamine is the main component of Viartril S
This substance has the following therapeutic activites:
A) Arthrotrophic metabolic activity by stimulating the anabolic metabolism of osteocartilageneous tissues through:
- Stimulation of the biosynthesis of the mucopolysaccharides (which are the essential components of the cartilage ground- substance) and of the bone mesenchymal tissues in general.
B) Lubricant activity through:
- Improvement of synovial fluid viscosity
- Increase of synovial fluid production
Viartril S is particularly effective in all forms of degenerative osteoarticular disease such as arthosis and osteoarthritis both subacute and chronic with the following therapeutic effects.
- Disappearance or reduction of articular pains
- Improvement of articular function
- Inhibition or regression of the degenerative process

Composition:
Sachets 1500 mg.
Each sachet (powder to be dissolved in water for an oral solution)
contain: Crystalline glucosamine sulphate 1884 mg (equivalent to 1500 mg of glucosamine sulphate and 384 mg of sodium chloride)- Aspartame 2.5 mg. - Sorbitol 2028.5 mg - Polyethylene Glycol 10 mg. -Citric acid 25 mg.
Dosage and administration:
Mix 1 sachet of Viartril- S into drinking water and stir.
Drink immediately.
Take only 1 sachet per day.
For best effect on your joint health, take for a minimum of 6 consecutive months.
Viarttil S can be used for long-term treaments but may cause some gastric disturbance.
