Shipping rate offered exclude all taxes, import duties, service/agency fees, and any other charge at arrival country. Such charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and we don't accept claims.
Doorstep delivery is offered within courier service (DHL Express, showing as expedite shipping). For postal service, it is post-office to post-office deliver.
If the shipment requires customs clearance at your country, then the shipment is deemed delivered at the point is pre-customs zone.
To claim damage in transit, the shipment must be inspected prior to the delivery point (customs zone if required, your post-office / or your doorsteps). If damage, please reject receiving it without filing with the provider a damage in transit report that you need to share with us.
Signing on receiving the parcel (and/or paying customs charges) is considered by insurance provider as proof of acceptance and releasing providers from all liabilities covered in the insurance.
